Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

ERA™ is an enterprise platform designed to facilitate operational management, workflow automation, document processing, reporting, analytics and business process management.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, expand, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Users must be authorized employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, or approved representatives of their respective organizations.

Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• Protecting login credentials.
• Reporting unauthorized access immediately.
• Ensuring information provided remains accurate.

All activities performed under a user account shall be deemed the responsibility of the account holder.

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Circumvent security controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Reverse engineer the platform.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Use ERA™ for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with platform performance.
• Misrepresent identities or affiliations.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, interests, source code, software architecture, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, workflows, documentation, AI systems, and proprietary technologies associated with ERA™ remain the exclusive property of HR Enterprises.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the platform.

6. Enterprise Data Ownership

Business data uploaded by authorized customers remains the property of the respective customer organization.

HR Enterprises shall not claim ownership over customer-generated content.

7. AI-Assisted Features

ERA™ may utilize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to:

• Generate recommendations.
• Automate workflows.
• Produce reports.
• System Generative Emails
• Analyze operational data.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes only.

Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated outputs before implementation.

HR Enterprises shall not be liable for business decisions based solely on AI-generated content.

8. Confidentiality

Users acknowledge that ERA™ may contain confidential business information.

Users agree not to:

• Disclose confidential information.
• Share proprietary workflows.
• Copy internal documentation.
• Expose restricted operational data.

9. Service Availability

While commercially reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, ERA™ is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

HR Enterprises shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential losses
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Loss of goodwill
• Data corruption
• Cyber incidents caused by third-party actions

Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

• Terms are violated.
• Security threats are detected.
• Legal requirements necessitate action.
• Non-payment obligations arise.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India.

Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
